| Statement of Warranty | |
| Atlanta Door Corporation warrants the installation and products described in specific sections of the subcontract for door and dock products on the above named project as sold and installed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the significant date of completion to the original purchaser. Adjustments to the installed equipment will be honored for a period of 90 days after installation; thereafter, adjustments will be treated as service calls and standard service rates will apply and be invoiced accordingly. |

| Atlanta Door Corporation warrants the products described in specific sections of the subcontract (work order) for door and dock products as sold and serviced to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the significant date of completion to the original purchaser. Adjustments to installed equipment will be honored for a period of a period of 30 days after completion date; thereafter, adjustments will be treated as service calls and standard service rates will apply and be invoiced accordingly. |
